• Focus on early conditions between project owners and contractors and managing the collaboration between the two.
  • Represent project owners through the project life-cycle from initiation, planning, implementation to closure and final deliverables phase.
  • Monitor progress continuously during project implementation stage with appropriate adjustments for variances from original plan with contractors and report to client.  Maintain control over the project cost and payment timeline by comparing the progress reports with the project plan, from initiation to completion stage.
